Refund policy

We want you to love every item you order! If something isn’t quite right, we offer free returns in Dubai and a fee of 25AED will be charged for the rest of UAE cities , under the following conditions:

You can return an item if:

• The item is not damaged or altered

• You received the wrong size or it doesn’t fit as expected

• You simply change your mind (as long as the item is unused and in its original condition)

Return Requirements

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team with your order number

2. We’ll send you a free prepaid return label

3. Drop the package off at the carrier indicated on your label

4. Once received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
