Shipping policy

At COCU, we provide fast and reliable delivery across Dubai and the UAE. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Standard Delivery (Dubai & UAE)

Dubai

  • Delivery within up to 12-24 hours from the time the order is placed

  • Free delivery on orders 150 AED and above

  • Orders below 150 AED: 25 AED delivery fee

UAE (Outside Dubai)

  • Delivery within up to 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed

  • Free delivery on orders 300 AED and above

  • Orders below 300 AED: 50 AED delivery fee

Express / Immediate Delivery (Optional Upgrade)

Dubai (Immediate Delivery) 

  • 4-5 hour delivery → Additional fee: 35 AED

UAE (Immediate Delivery Outside Dubai)

  • 4-5 hour delivery or as soon as possible → Additional fee: 60 AED

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Our delivery service runs until 8:00 PM Monday to Friday .

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day as soon as possible

  • Express / Immediate Delivery service runs until 9:00 PM daily .

Order Processing

  • Orders are prepared immediately after payment is confirmed

  • You will receive updates regarding dispatch and delivery timing through WhatsApp/SMS/Email (depending on your system)

Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate

  • If the courier cannot reach you, delivery may be rescheduled

  • In rare cases of traffic, weather issues, or unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly
